I hear that Vitali's next opponent will be a tough contender with a legit shot to win

interesting selection. they are not the bum of the month club. like i said louis fought good fighters but you missed out on:

Godoy (a split decision), johnny "i'm here for a" paychek, burman, musto, mauriello, etc.

When you pick and choose the opponents to highlight it looks good. When you look at the REST it's a different story.

    So would paychek beat Chagaev?
    Would burman beat ibragimov?
Would musto beat arreola (yes, EVEN arreola)?

Now, I'm not saying either Klits resume matches up to Louis' or Holmes'. They don't. But to say that any opponent of Louis' could beat any opponent of the Klits is just foolish.

OK, so then answer me this then jorodz? how come vitali nor wladimir has nowhere near the better run then joe louis had? todays HW competiton is absolute ****, and by the way you nut huggers describe the klitschkos, they should be undefeated?? klitschkos are fighting bum after bum as well, and yet they still lost. how come they cant beat louis' record??

because the klits, as of right now, aren't as good as louis. louis is at worst the 3rd best heavyweight of all time. at WORST

i have no problem saying neither klit is at that level. louis was a special fighter and i doubt they'll EVER be at that level. but one of the things holding them back is the competition. it's ****. but they are fighting the best they've got. louis didn't ALWAYS fight the best but he fought, and beat, a better selection of opponents because he HAD a better selection

they are victims of their era. as was louis in a way (there were a lot of hobos) as was holmes, as were many heavies of the past. at the time they got flack, as the klits do now. i think in time they will be in better perspective

what the klits NEED is an atg great to try and prove their legacy against. louis at least had schmeling, walcott and a decent list of contenders. holmes had norton, and a variety of good contenders. the klits have good contenders, on par with the lower ranks that louis and holmes fought, but no OUTSTANDING names. yet

i can agree with this, as much as "anti-klitschko" i come off of, i think their both great fighters that are thrown in what i think is the shittiest era of HW boxing. and judging from their age, i dont think they'll be squaring against any future hot prospect anytime soon. its a shame really, the klitschkos are very talented, i just wanna see someone besides lewis test vitali. i dont count wlad, as he is indeed beatable.

completely agree :good. i'm of the mindset that they COULD be great and would be competitive in any era but we'll never know how far they will go. like you said at their age, they won't find their frazier, schmeling, or johannson. they'll have no rivals and always be "what if"...especially considering like you've said they're obviously beatable and thus we'll be able to speculate with more authority who could beat them. i just find them so effective that even the greats would have trouble and they would be able to beat a few of them

your right, the klitschkos physical attributes alone and toughness (well vitali that is), can give one of the ATG's a run for their money. but its not too late for wlad to have a rivalry with haye!!!:D

Vitali or Vlad will knock Haye out, but Haye refused to fight them, of course. I have read that Vitali will fight Kevin Johnson, if so, he will knock Johnson out.

hez agreeing with your point and adding another point in the same direction

your both on a path to hug vitaliz nuts and you just wont listen to reaon that vitali isnt really all that great

the heavyweight division happens to be right here and now at a loss to offer the klitz a good competivite crop of challengerz to inspire the public

this is a combination of the klitz being so good relative to their size advantage and right now their being a gap inbetween alot of good competition within the division

anywayz you freakin fairies stop makin the klits out to be superheroz

the nuthuggery around these partz is ridiculas

although i actually think that chambers is pretty ****in good overall evenknow povotkin beat him

the evidence that chambers somehow grew from loosing that fight with povotkin is significant

anywayz u bitchez quit sucking klitz ballz so god dam much hez good but i dont think he would beat alot of the atg like aot of you klit ball lickerz think he would

Nope. Not after Haye ran. They fight the best opponents available.

Are you joking or just a joke? Anyone who knows ANYTHING about boxing knows that Primo Carnera couldn't fight. At all. Two Ton Tony Galento was 5'9

What the hell are you thinking?
