I hear that Vitali's next opponent will be a tough contender with a legit shot to win

once the winner of haye-valuev is out of the way, this can happen. imo valuev and haye both pose a threat to the K's in their own way, but no one else in the division does right now. assuming vitali retires in 2 or 3 fights, wladimir has more than enough time to build on his legacy with consecutive wins

the K bros just happen to be very good at not getting hit, and no fighter can look good when he isn't landing any punches. its great to be dominant, but by making their opponents look **** they do themselves a disservice in a way

 

1. haye has had his chances with both klitschko. injury was unlucky (giving him the benefit of the doubt), but he simply chose to not fight vitali when everything was set for the fight

2. povetkin also injured himself before his wlad fight (notice a pattern). his management currently don't think he is ready for the K's and want to give him more fights in the run up

3. tua has hardly earned a shot, and his performance against lewis doesn't exactly make him a heavy favourite

4. it wasn't going to be a matter of postponing for 2 weeks. it turned out haye was injured for over a month

 

Kevin Johnson? Lol. When it rains, it pours. Especially when were talking about the heavyweight division. To be honest with you, I think alot of fighters who were in their primes 8-9 years ago, have a better chance of beating the Klits, than new generation of fighters. Guys like Tua, Ruiz, Briggs, Toney, etc...

 

Eddie is slimming down and he has great hand speed and skill, plus he can had enough head movement to put up a good fight against either klitschko. i think hes the best shot at taking them down,

 

Haye ran from that fight, he had no injury...I think If Haye beats Valuev and he should if he is worth anything...he fights Povetkin...he must and the winner fighters the winner of Vlad/Vitali....

 

we'll just have to see what happens if he beats the hairy giant lol.

Povetkin will not beat either Klit, not a chance. Chambers has a better chance. And neither Tua or Haye have earned a shot. Barrett is rubbish and Tua has had 2 years off and fought Shane Cameron who is a nobody

No it doesn't, but I can't help feeling that the right brother gets the right opponent, which helps them keep the titles no end.

A Sam Peter rematch with Wlad would have made sense, but after getting done by Vitali, it won't happen.

Haye would have more chance v Wlad, but I can't help but feel they'll move him to fight Vitali.

It's smart, but cynical. It's not just good enough to beat one brother, you have to then beat the other. Never in heavyweight history before has somebody had a sidekick you've got to beat as well.
