    I can imagine the scene...

    Joe and Enzo, sitting in front of the TV watching Pavlik take a beating from hopkins, laughing and shaking their heads. Enzo getting excited, joe shadow boxing between rounds etc.

    Calzaghe would have beaten Pavlik easily, out thought him and made him look like the one dimentional fighter he is. We should be hailing hopkins AND calzaghe now.

    Agreed. I hate Hopkins, but i give him his due respect as a fighter.

    Yep, exactly.

    I never understood why some felt Pavlik could hang with Calzaghe. Joe would whip Kelly incredibly easily, and likely KO him. And I like Pavlik a lot.

    Tonight was a big night for the Calzaghes.

    Even though styles do make fights Pavlik is and never was elite, he loses to Calzaghe.

    Enzo would be loving it anyway, he was basically saying Pavlik was a bum last week.

    You are correct, however how do you see pavlik beating calzaghe as joe has a great chin and beat a similar fighter that is as good if not better than pavlik in kessler comfortably?

    i like pavlik too, but he isnt on the same planet as calzaghe, and last night just proved that for me. Joe and B-Hops was close, could have gone either way, but last night pavlik got taken apart with ease. It wasnt far off the lacy v calzaghe fight. It was Man v Boy.
