    As to why he'll never fight Pacquiao. Apparently he has proof that Pacquiao has taken steroids and the WBC do not want him to release it.

    Just what I was told, any remote grain of truth in it.

    The fight didn't happen because Mayweather yet again found another thing to demand and ruin it, money. Wasn't surprising to see that happen. All the rest is nonsense. Don't forget that Arum wasn't exactly prepared to make it happen either, he had his list of excuses to prevent it too.

    Time to move on, this fight will NEVER happen unless Arum is 100% sure his stable is empty of opponents for Pacquiao.
