    True. 140 is sadder:

    done Mitchell
    Corley
    Gatti
    Bruseles

His last great win was against DLH and even then DLH was a year inactive and older going into the fight.

I dont think he has either but that doens't change what Floyd is hoping will happen.

So JMM wasn't good enough for PBF at 147, but he is for Manny? Also Manny hasn't fought Cintron or Willimas either. Lastly Clottey ****ing sucks and trying to make him out to be some kind of world beater that PBF "ducked" makes you look like a complete dumbass.

mayweather must be a great fighter to you guys think Ortiz is a tune up fight....
even pacquiao think Ortiz is a tune up fight, he knows floyd is going to beat him...
and remember Ortiz get the fight cuz he beat berto if no the tune up will be berto LOL

it wasn't even that great of a win. DLH stopped jabbing for some idiotic reason. Oh, that's right..he was already old.

watch that fight again, Floyd didn't do anything special IMO.

    they have unfinished business..

marquez is going out just like everyone else..with a fat paycheck.

all he has to do is show up at 139..anything more is just dumb.

It's getting to the point where it will be about as meaningful as the Hearns - Leonard rematch.

Both guys at about 70-80% of what they once were.

DLH didn't stop THROWING the jab midway through the fight, he stopped LANDING the jab.

""I find this funny that whenever someone speaks on the Mayweather-De La Hoya fight they always revert back to the token....."Oscar would have won if he kep throwing the jab AFTER the 6th round"..........well boys & girls I am here to end all of that madness and lame message board rhetoric

Surprisingly, Floyd had the edge in jabs landed 69-40, throwing 240 to Oscar’s 246.

Oscar landed just 4 of 77 jabs in rounds 10-12, after landing 31 out of 124 jabs in rounds 6-9.....lol

Lets to the math....124+77= 201.....so after the 6th round...Oscar threw 201 Jabs.....he threw 45 jabs in the first 5 rounds......

So TRUTH BE TOLD Oscar actually threw MORE Jabs after the 6th round than he did before the 6th round....lol...""

I do not care about Pac - May anymore. If it did happen, both will not be in their prime anyway, the fight will be meaningless.

We cant say this for sure until after they have both fought, we need to see what floyd will look like vs ortiz and what his current state is, we also need to see if pac looks great vs marquez and the leg cramp was a fluke or if he really is past prime, we cant make a fair judgement till then.

After reading through this thread, all I get from it are a bunch of *******s getting their excuses ready for when Pac fights Floyd.

I am amazed that some of you are already counting Pac out. What true fans you guys are. Pac is lucky to have you. You guys are so worried you don't even want the fight to happen now. That's pathetic.

Just being BOXING fans we should all want this fight to happen regardless of who wins in the end.

Everyone will want to see the fight after Pac/JMM and Floyd/Ortiz.... assuming that both win.

I always thought Leonard looked uncomfortable when Aaron pryor showed up at his retirement presser looking to challenge him and he picked his moment beautifuly to challenge hagler straight after his 11 round slugfest with the beast Mugabi .

Pac is coming off no such career shortening war - if anyones skills have eroded since 2009 it will be Floyds, God doesnt favour people who **** thier gifts up a wall .
