GGG came in at 164 for the 30 day weigh in. He's obviously preparing to cut down to 157. I want to see him come in at 158 for zWade fight
First i am not a very big fan of canelo and im mexican but what i cant take away from the kid is that in the last 4,5 fights he really was exposed to a better opposition than GGG but by too far, i always compare maybe some of you will not agree but i compare this GGG ¨cult¨ whit the one that happen with edwin valero RIP some years ago wiht an amazing and frontal style and the very big wish of all us to see the kind of boxer we like to be the one at the top but like was valero before now with GGG i think that he needs to earn the fight before keeping calling out canelo (more for the money he expects) i think he still need to deserve it i never saw GGG against someone like Lara or someone doesnt let u fight, i want the fight to happen but i wantt GGG to earn it.
I am a ggg fan. To me this is not an issue of earning like if ggg calls out canelo in a different division for a money fight. Ggg credentials are impressive and is one of the most feared fighters around. Do you think canelo fans would have any problems if he is striped or give up the mw belt? I don't think it makes much difference to him because he has had ppv non title matches in the past with good success.
