Alot of people over looking this fight, we all know Marquez will bring it he will be there to fight, Mayweather is comming back for what he beleives is rightfully his, my hats off to him for taking this fight.

I have a feeling this fight is going to be a brawl, I think Floyd is going to try and use Marquez to make a statement, but once Mayweather realizes Marquez is tuffer than he thought he will adjust and go back to his boxing.

I really think Mayweather is approaching this fight the same way he did the Gatti fight, and Marquez well lets say this, since moving up in weight, he has won two fights by knock out against guys who have never been stopped.

Casamayor is a good boxer, and will always give you trouble in there cus he is a well schooled fighter, and slick if you ask me, Diaz, not as slick but has a very high work rate and good hand speed as well, Though it appeared Marquez was having trouble in that fight, he adapted and knocked Diaz out and that style is nothing like Floyds, so people using the Diaz fight as reason why Floyd will win should rethink that, Diaz is a come forward fighter who has a much higher work rate than Floyd.

Now in his loss and draw to Manny Pacquiao, IMO Manny has much faster hands and I think Manny can crack harder than Floyd, Still Marquez was able to adapt in the first fight after being knocked down three times and come back to make the fight a draw, the rematch same thing however Pacquiao did a little better in this one winning more rounds than he did in the first all in all however, 4 knock downs and 24 rounds 1 point seperates them.

Mayweather Jr will be looking to not only come back but to make a statement, and lets be real his inactivity should be a concern, but not since he has gotten extra time to train having the fight pushed back, some of the rust will come off in sparring.

Everybody talks about Floyd being able to adapt and this is true, However Marquez is also able to adapt he can counter and he has good timing. I am thinking come sept 19th Mayweather Marquez is going to be a war in spots and chess in other spots I honestly think many are over looking JMM in this fight~

win or lose I predict a war and honestly Floyds stock will rise after this fight!~

marquez is going to throw a shitload of punches throughout the fight. I see Mayweather shelling up for rounds 1-3 to get a feel for marquez. Mayweathers shoulder roll better be working because Marquez loves to hit you when your trying to turn out. Just ask Manny

If Marquez can land some early damage then he has a chance- big if.

This is the thing, FLoyds typical style will allow for Marquez to start early becuase Floyd likes to wait on you and see what your bringing.

This fight is gonna be the fight of endurance. Both guys define the limits of boxing endurance. I dont think there are any other fighters in the same level of fitness than these two besides Pac. I was watching the Juarez Vs JMM fight and the commentators didnt really know JMM. They then started talking about JMM being 34 or years old and how hes been in so many battles and that father time was gonna get to him. In the 11th round these same commentators asked how old is he?

Whats going to end up happening IMO is Floyd will try to put on another Gatti performance but will change gears when he sees that Marquez is tuffer than he thought, From there you will have some spots of the two playing chess, both men will play chess and fight in spots in the 2nd half of the fight, Floyd will more than likely come out of himself and try to take over the fight, but Marquez will be ready, I really see a good fight I like Mayweather in it but Marquez has proven himself in the ring against very tough opposition not saying that Floyd hasnt neither but if I had to chose I say Marquez has fought the tuffer fighters in his career recently.

I dont see a war happening....However, I do see a brilliant exhibition of boxing......it will be as if watching an artist painting a masterpiece on a canvas.....

Boxing fans will love this fight, the casual fans wont....

^I agree. I'm expecting a great boxing match. But war? Floyd and war don't belong in the same sentence.

Though your right about that, if he wants to win this fight, if Marquez does come as Marquez always does in those late rounds he is going to have to go to war Marquez gains momentum as the fight moves further along, The Good news is so does Floyd.

The closer it gets the better Marquez looks. My biggest concern is gonna be Marquez reaction time. Floyd is gonna be the sharpest puncher Marquez has faced and vice versa. Marquez has ate alot of leather in his last three fights and when Floyd starts to let his hands go and connects things get dangerous. But from the looks of it they have worked on Marquez speed timing and reflexes very hard for this fight. So I expect a faster and all around better Marquez than we've seen recently. I know Marquez can catch up to Floyd interesting to see how they handle each others shots when things get heated.

Floyd will be ready. and anyone who thinks otherwise will be wrong. I hope that 24/7 hasnt made people think that Marquez has more drive than PBF. Its media of course they are going to talk up the contender. If they didnt no one would want to watch this. I am just hoping Marquez doesnt start to show his age in this fight. People forget he is 36.

good assesment but this is where i think Floyds size advantage may help because i think he can take Marquez shot better than Marquez can take his shot.

Maybe, but Mayweather hasn't had to take punches since the Castillo fight and alot of those were body shots. So I also wonder how that's gonna go. I remember the first Tarver-Jones fight when Roy started eating leather and had that "What the ****" look.Juan will tag the body but he is fast and precise enough to hit Mays head, I think. It's gonna be exciting and I've been pumped for the last couple of weeks. Can't wait.
