Just pointing out that AA is at more of a disadvantage as he moves up in competition, and the things Oral did will be 10 times worse for him against better guys.
How could it be 10 times worse if there is a possibility he is going to be a better fighter at 168? I am not saying I disagree with you hermit, but, and this is a possibility, if he is going to carry more power, feel not weight drained coming in healthy, don't you think there is a possibility arthur is probably going to fight more aggresive and not rely on his defense, that is all I am saying.
He might put on some pounds, but his arms ain't gonna get any longer. :deal Again, Oral was taller but was 1/2 inch shorter in reach. He hooked around AA's guard. Now imagine someone with reach and power doing that.
I can agree with that Hermit, did not think about his physical limitations, or more limitation, HIS REACH.
Abraham showed ZERO signs of being weight drained against Oral, so how is he going to be a better fighter at 168? He isn't any better now than he was when he fought Shannon Taylor one fight after Taylor lost to Raymond Joval, and adding weight isn't some magic bullet.
He looked his best at the higher weight, EVERYONE on ESB will agree with me. You probably won't, and if you don't think he looked faster, more powerful and seemed like he was enjoying himself in the ring, you are nothing but an arthur hater, which I don't doubt at all.
He was fighting a damaged version of Miranda for Christ sake! He did not look like there was anything wrong with him in the Oral fight. As far as being an AA hater, he has pissed me off as bad as Slappy Joe did. He spent months calling KP out, like slappy did, and now he's gonna run, just like slappy did.
I NEVER said he was weight drained or looked sick, I know that comment is not intended for myself, maybe because all the talk about arthur being weight drained before this fight is why you mention it. Arthur "run"? You have got to be kidding me. I just cannot respond to that. You obviously believe he is running from Pavlik, so be it. Even though another poster provided a link about sauerland and arthur negotiating a fight with Bute, who is going to be a much more difficult opponent then Pavlik and good chance he loses, especially being his first fight at 168.
You really need to look a little deeper into Arthur's resume' if you honestly believe sauerland will let him fight Bute.
