Actually this post tells me you don't know much about Clottey. His hands aren't slow. And he not a plodder. He just ends up having to chase fighters around the ring in later rounds because by the later rounds.. they have had about as much as they can take.

See the Cotto fight for details.

Clottey doesn;t need good foot speed or handspeed. He has excellent timing, and will be able to time Pac darting in and out. Pac will get sick of taking uppercuts... But he doesn't have a Plan B

Clottey got a forehead he could use as a third fist. Other than that he looks like he wants to eat your liver for breakfast.

Clottey did more than enough to win the Cotto fight.

He outlanded Cotto by a mile - 222/636 to 179/723 which means he is much more accurate.

And if that fight had been anywhere but MSG, the decision would have been different.

I won't argue who won that fight....Cause it was that close and watching live I felt Clottey did enough to win. But punch stats mean ****. Just cause someone dominates and lands much more in 4 rounds but the other man does more in the other 8 it's only a moral victory... Fights are scored by rounds not as a whole, otherwise we'd be rewriting a wole lot of history.

I wasn't necessarily saying that punch stats alone tell the story. But it more than rebutes then notion that Clottey doesn't throw punches, and has a shitty output. That is terribly exaggerated and overstated.

Enough talk. You guys will see what I'm saying on the 13th of March.

By then, though, it will be too late.

Good to know that you firmly believe clottey will win this one in a one sided manner, it'll be very boring if everybody would be rooting for just one guy.
