Cotto doesnt run..when he sees that his shots are not hurting or slowing down his opponent and they keep coming he results in counter punching..he doesn't run though, he never stops throwing punches...
If you mean will Cotto show his boxing skill rather than play into Margarito's hands by steaming straight forward against a noted puncher - then yes, he probably will "get on his bike".
