I hope degale tells froch to ram it

For degales sake he better hope he tells him to "ram" it as he would be knocked out by Froch even now

 

I would like to see the fight. See how it unfolds. I personally think it could go either way.

I rate both higher than Jack.

 

It's pretty obvious what's happening here. The money aside - of which there will be plenty should Degale get past Bute, which isn't a given - Froch wants to be 'the man' at 168. He can do that now Ward has moved up so wants to give it a shot. I don't blame him.

And Degale is in no position to tell Froch to 'ram' anything. After all the big talk of saying he 'retired' Froch, it'd look like a massive duck if he refused to give the cobra a shot now.

 

You know what makes me laugh, people that say degales style is all wrong for froch.

It's the complete opposite

 

Well he's known to be lazy and let opponents stick it on him, mainly because he's deluded about his defensive capabilities. I remember him once bragging about his 'slick mayweather style'.

If he let Froch pour it on like that, he'd be in for a world of hurt.

 

If he sits on the ropes for even one round which we all know he will he'll be absolutely sparked out

 

Its just Froch gaining a bit of publicity for his poker tournament imo.

 

First 8 rds degale will dance circles rd him then his stamia will go and froch will devour him 10/11th rd.

 

It seems that most of you on these boards aren't very good at maths.

If Froch offers Degale between 3-5 million, then James should bite his hand off. He won't offer anywhere near 10m as James can't get anywhere near 5m for any other fight.

Now, think about this logically. You can either have 100% of 3-5 million or try to be greedy and get 0% of the ten million you asked for. I know what I'd rather have.

If Degale demands 10m then he doesn't want it with Froch. Simple.

 

And to get that offer - which is a quarter of what you claimed he'd get to face Froch - he's had to agree to all of Bute's terms and fly over to Canada.

You lot act like Haymon is some sort of God. He can't muscle Froch and Eddie on this one as they need Carl, not the other way around. IF and it's a big if, Froch comes back its for the other fighters in the division to prove he isn't the man not the other way round.

I say this as someone who finds Froch quite aggravating.
