I hope FROCH savagely pastes the arrogant~****y Groves!

Wow, must be bad when the OTHER fighter in a Carl Froch fight is considered the arrogant one.

 

I feel so too, although i hope Froch wipes the floor with him.

If Groves does retire Froch, we'll never hear the end of Groves whinging.

Although he played it cool against Degale, the b*tch in him finally came out against Froch.

 

I'd rather put up with Frochs ridiculous and almost funny gloating, to Groves none stop whinging about everything.

Funny, i said the exact same thing at the start of their fight, Groves looked too tense.

 

He has Frochs number, stylewise and too much speed.

I still hope Frochski pulls it off.

not really even close to true, froch got straight up and looked shocked and shaken but in no way was he going down again after that. And he absorbed a LOT more AFTER that knockdown than in that knockdown.

 

i strongly suspect froch will call it a day if he wins.

it's always odd when people single out a top boxer as arrogant, they pretty much all are!

especially after owning froch in the first fight and getting screwed by the ref i would expect nothing less from groves....

To be fair both are pretty arrogant. Froch doesn't come across as very humble or self effacing.

Though I did find Groves lack of respect for Froch's achievements prior to the first fight very insulting. I mean what does a fighter have to do to impress Groves? Froch fought the best, beat most of them and often in his opponents back yard.

Most fighters don't show as much self belief and desire to face the best as Froch, if Groves career doesn't follow a similar path he's set himself up for a lot of criticism for his lack of respect.
