For all his pre-fight bravado, Curtis Stevens wilted and turned to running as well. Rosado never took a step forward in their fight. If guys aren't scared of Golovkin at the start of the fight, they soon learn what fear is.

Most guys will cover up when Daniel throws a quick combo, but I think Golovkin punches through Geale's flurries. We'll see how brave Geale is when his best weapon fails.

 

GGG will retire undefeated and still have tons of haters. SMH.

Realistically Mack was never going to win. But theres nothing worse than feeling that you did not do yourself justice. Thats what hurts the most. Matt could have done better and given a better account of himself with better tactics. He played right into GGGs hands with those "retreat in a crouch" tactics Buddy dreamed up for him and he knows that himself. He was boxing to a plan that did not suit his style at all. Guys no better than him have done better than he did against GGG, because they stuck to what they were good at, and he didn't.
