That legit threat showed no chin to stand up to a true mw lol. Lee can punch but he isn't a true mw which is why I'm picking Quillin by ko. If anyone was manufactured it was Korobov.

If you turn down a career high payday against Korobov it's fair to say you want no part of GGG.

I hope Lee wins as well. Quillen is a disappointment.

I never said Korobov was legit. I was quoting a poster who said that was how Korobov was perceived at the time in order to explain why Quillin ducked him.

Sad truth is the first time Peter was forced into fighting an opponent he didn't believe he was nailed on to beat he vacated. Then when said fighter was beaten by someone he saw as a lot more beatable then wants to fight again. What. A. Disgrace.

The fact he would have most likely beaten Korobov only makes it all the more embarrassing.

exactly, i don't know how a guy who has never even been hurt or off his feet in around 500 amatuer fights and until the lee fight in his professional career could be proceived as chinny

No, that's not the sad truth. His advisor didn't want him to fight under Roc Nation period. His advisor is Al Haymon.

No a lot of ppl say Quillen is a chicken not just GGG fans. Turned down career high payday against Korobov and dropped his belt. Blatant duck. Quillen like Stevenson are Duckers.

That's the way you read it because you don't box. When I use the word "duck", I'm talking Bowe lewis, Calzaghe Ottke, not Quillin Korobov lol...

Quillin is this new breed of idiotic boxer who seem to be popping up more and more these days

they have this incredible sense on entitlement and completely over value themselves

i heard quillin say in the same interview where he said ggg was too much risk for reward that since he beat HNN he is a proven fighter and basically no longer needs to fight the best only the easiest options

Never said he did. It's just customary for so many people-not necessarily you I presume-to immediately call someone said "bum" upon defeat, regardless of resume or pedigree. But like others have said, irregardless of what we know know and how events transpired, the fact that Quillin vacated his belt upon someone-then-believed to be a true test, whereby the guy ends up losing, only for Quillin to then gain chance at fighting the guy who beat him, who, to some lesser extent, is perceived as an easier opponent, admittedly and right so, leaves a sour taste in many peoples mouths. For the sake of boxing and nothing personal, I'd rather have Lee win because I feel that he would challenge GGG which would be important for the division, something I don't think Quillin would do.
