You have no idea what I do or don't do, don't resort to attempted slights of posters you don't agree with. It's a sucker's move. :good

Let me break it down for you:

Korobov was seen as a threat for young Peter. Peter didn't like the idea of a challenge (the fact that Korobov wasn't a good as advertised is irrelevant) and vacated whilst mumbling some nonsense about al Haymon and roc nation - who incidentally would have had had no options on Peter being just the company behind the mandatory challenger.

Then you have GGG who has been wrecking guys for fun. Mowing down anyone he can get in the ring with him. He's more than a "legit" threat and most would pick him to brutally KO Quillin. You think Petey wants any part of that? Now that would be a screwball statement.

Guys who have proven themselves I don't call bums and when I say bum, it's basically no skills or not enough skills. If Haymon says do this in order to do this, and he sees the bigger picture or he sees something wrong, he's your manager. You do what he asks. Quillin said he was sad he had to give up the title, his wife had a miscarriage. He didn't have enough time to train for the fight. Haymon said don't fight. The good thing is he can still fight and still change people's minds. Quillins sincerity won out on me.

My things is he went after a fight with Jacobs and it never materialized. If anything that was the bad gamble.

The words "duck" and "coward" don't come off my lips easily. Boxers have earned that right with me.

Nah all is good. I ain't gonna come at you with any insults. Sometimes it's hard not to (not pertaining to you), but if we agree or disagree about something, so long as it's civil, then that's all that matters.
