Remember back when Usyk said if no Fury fight he would fight Wilder ! Usyk would box his head off but at some point Wilder would get to him. Wilder would relish the chance to fight Usyk and he has the psyche to put it right on Usyk from the first bell knowing he can’t out box him but in his mind he knows he can stop him.
How many body shot KOs has Wilder got? I think only one, when he was padding his resume on the way up.
Wilder does everything so wrong it seems like his punches and delivery that he himself does not know what he’s throwing next but he mostly lands them and his power does the rest .
Nah. Even if you think Usyk really got dropped from a legit shot, it was to the body. It's widely known he doesn't like body shots. Wilder hardly ever throws to the body and even if he did, chances are he'd telegraph it enough for Usyk to avoid it. I still think Usyk's whiskers are solid enough to hold up to his power and that he's still slick enough to get a decision, if not a stoppage himself.
I think the 2018 version of Wilder would stop this version of Usyk, but I'm skeptical that the 2023-24 version would be able to do so. Fury would be a clear favorite against him, however.
I've seen Dubois throw like he wanted to rip Usyk's head off and miss with everything of significance, untill he finally landed a low blow and enraged Usyk enough to make him stand in front of him and stop him with a jab.
