I hope team Hatton goes in another direction

I want to see the fight but I don't think that its right that the fighters and teams agree on one term, then when it comes time to sign team Pacquiao comes out of nowhere wanting to claim more money.

Team Hatton have a point ... Hatton brings atleast 10-12k fans in the arena ... then 10-20 more at casinos and bars ... its amazing ... those fans are willing to pay top dollar for seats and spend money throughout the festivities.

Pac will bring his fans no doubt but Hatton fans are setting the ticket prices ... they are making it an event.

For that reason I think that Hatton atleast deserves an even split. His IBO/Ring Magazine championship is on the line ... he's the reigning linear champion ... he's a p4p fighter too --
He's going to bring PPV buys (not like the Malignaggi fight because Pac has a bigger name) upwards of 1m buys in UK/Europe and around 500k more in the US.

Pac by himself makes 250-500k buys by himself, but with Hatton ... they are liable to do 3 times that much.

I was one of few on these boards talking about a Pac v DLH fight right after he beat David Diaz ... I was the one talking about Pac v Floyd ... Pac v Hatton ...

Thinking about it more, I have been leading more towards Hatton, but its not like I don't think it'll be a good fight overall.

Floyd Mayweather has nothing to do with this thread ... cut it out son.
