Well if the TS thinks JMM is cheating well that reflects 3x as badly on Pac since his cheating started years ago and has not fully cleared the situation. His legacy will be irrelevant and justly so
Mayweather steamed forward with his hands down increasing the impact of the punch two fold- Marquez can punch anyway- I see him KO some journeyman whose name escapes me in Mexico in 2011 and he was out cold for as long as Pac was last night.
I'm just watching the fight again and feel a bit sorry for Manny and I've never had anything but respect for him, even as a big JMM fan... And then I read this drivel.
i thought the added muscle / power was making jmm to stationary. he kept on getting hit with lead lefts and the feints were freezing him up at first. after pacman was put down he got up and pressed the action even harder trying to get his own knockdown. pacman could have taken his time a picked marquez apart but he rushed it way to much against a to good of a fighter and got caught. but hold up pacman ran into that **** thats worse then getting caught, pac met that right hand at full force.
I actually do think he was juicing in one way or another, but then I think a good 50-80% of the elite athletes in the sport are on something. Marquez has always had a decent dig on him but last night he looked way more powerful last night. he has always been an accumulation puncher at the highest level but last night every punch he connected with looked like it was going to decapitate Pacquaio. I mean I've seen him land clean on Pacquaio a fair bit over the former 36 rounds and never packed that kind of power. The fact he had hired a renowned S&C coach who has a history of supplying some of the worlds best athletes with PEDS doesn't help him. I have no proof of course and its all just opinion. You could say its karma for those that believe Pacquaio was/is juicing but at the end f the day if this trend continues then its gonna end in tragedy for someone.
HGH and EPO are most definitely detectable! All conventional steroids are detectable as well. This is undeniable fact. Of course some fighters dope, and have for decades, as in most major sports. Beating a pre determined testing date is rather simple, yet guys get caught. Random tests require a knowledge of pharmacology to beat. All that is nothing new. Marquez could quite easily have adjusted to the weight over time, with a better training plan and nutritional guidance aimed at gaining and retaining lean body mass. Yes even at 39. A good, knowledgeable, experienced, sport specific coach can make a difference even in an elite athlete. It happens in all sports. JMM weighed 142 last time they fought. No weight gain, with some body composition changes, and some added physicality done over the course of a year is not a difficult thing to do, even at 39. Especially when it is your day to day job. I wouldn't chalk that up to PEDs at face value. His "transformation" was not drastic. It's been acheived by many clean athletes, and normal folks too. It's always possible PEDs played a role....but I'd be more inclined to fire that accusation at Pac before JMM.
Well maybe if you start lifting weights hard you acually get stronger? Seriously how can you not have thought about this? You could clearly see that he was squating heavyweights in his training camp. Weight training improves nearly every aspect of a punch. Atleast speed and power.
They give you better recovery so that you can train harder which in turn makes you stronger and faster though.
