I just can't see anything but a Mayweather stoppage in this fight.

Floyd always gets hit yet has many plans, adapting for each scenario. Can the same be said of Manny, will he also adapt when he repeatedly gets hit clean or stick to slugging?

 

The most worrying thing about that image is in the positioning of Pac's eyes. The guy is practically looking in two different directions at the same time!

 

Look, Floyd has enough sting to keep you off him but in no way whatsoever does he have KO power. Let's look at a few things:

1) He was knocking guys out mostly in the lower weight classes where his power was above average

2) He has a history of hurting his hands, and up until now his hands act up

3) As he moved up, his power started to become non-existent

4) His KO against Hatton was accumulation, and Hatton IMO has always had a suspect chin

5) His KO against Ortiz came when Ortiz's guard was down and wasn't expecting any punches at all. It was a legal "cheap shot". And Ortiz always had a suspect chin anyway.

6) Pacquiao has a great chin. He has taken much harder punches from bigger guys. The kind of punch he took from Marquez, given the circumstances (him fully lunging in at the same time Marquez put all of his body into his punch) would've knocked most fighters out.

So no, I don't think we will be seeing a KO from either fighters.
