    What a bullsh*t excuse, when Canelo did catch Floyd he couldn't hit him clean.. He caught him on the ropes and couldn't get a shot in.

    Canelo should just accept that he wasn't good enough, instead of looking for excuses about not being able to catch Mayweather.

    It's another bull**** excuse by beaten opponents.:patsch

    No i thought Canelo was actually very gracious and honest in defeat, Floyd is just to good its the truth, he is miles ahead of everyone else, i hate the man as a person but as a man damn the man is a ring genius

    He meant catch him with clean shots I think, Canelo was humble and said multiple times what a great fighter Mayweather is.

    Clearly if he's saying "I can't catch him", he's acknowledging that Floyd was too elusive and making him miss.

    I said months ago, Canelo doesn't have the speed, the accuracy, the stamina,
    the punch output. Combined with the fact that Mayweather
    never tires, leans with incoming punches and is extremely accurate.

    It's not an excuse when it's the truth :lol:. He's pretty much admitting that he couldn't beat him, like you want him to say, but you're looking for a reason to bash him. Keep it up.
