Look snell, the DLH fight wasnt close at all and Hatton got dominated, so how the hell do you think Pacquiao is gonna murder Mayweather??? he hasnt even been down before, Pacquiaos the one that has been KO before. and if Pacquiao thought Marquez can counter he anit seen **** yet.

Now I do think Pacquiao has a great shot but so say Mayweather would get murdered is just down right stuip!!! Mayweather might never lose let alone get whooped

Nah, people overrate Floyd because he has a zero (which should be a one in all fairness), because he is perceived to possess conventional 'slick' skills, and because of his never-ending self-promotion. Floyd has not impressed against his best opponents (Castillo & Oscar), and he is nowhere near the same level as Sweet Pea or SRL, men who turned in emphatic victories against their best opponents. Floyd does not have the power to stop Pacquiao and he will not be able to outwork him. By utilizing speed and movement and keeping the fight in the centre of the ring, Pacquiao will hit Floyd more than he has ever been hit before. Pac's speed of hand and more importantly foot, his unorthodox stance, his use of angles, the variation in his punching, his chin/resilience, his stamina, his energy/workrate, all of this points to a Pac UD. We shall see I hope :good

I would give you the article which has an interview with an agent of the IRS but I could find the article anymore. I apologize for stating something with proof but that is the truth.

I never assumed you were hating. I never said anything hateful.
I'm not being ignorant. I'm telling the truth.

Seriously! 70-30 in favor of Hoya. Pacquiao wanted a 60-40 split in favor of Hoya. 30% does not equal 40%. I'm sure even you knows that.

No Pacquiao DID NOT get the percentage that he wanted. 40% is not 30%. The only thing that Pac's team got was the size of the gloves BUT the 8oz gloves is not really an advantage for Pacquiao.

Who are you kidding Mayweather got as much money as Hoya? Mayweather didn't get 50% but he got about 40%. Using 10oz gloves is mandatory at 154 and above. At 147, it is semi-mandatory. Boxers can use 8oz gloves if both of them agrees to use it. They both fought in 20ftx20ft ring. What are you talking about?

And so what if you favor his win against Hoya?

I'm not just a Pacquiao fan. I'm a boxing fan. You clearly just like and favor Mayweather in everything.

overrated Floyd?? you tell me right now whos a more complete boxer. I cant wait to hear this ****. and DLH was not even one of his best oppenets. Corrlaes was one of the best oppenets and you seen what happened. and how you gonna say Floyd doesnt have power?? actually Mayweathers power is good its just at WW these guys are so much bigger then him. DLH had only got KO once when Mayweather fought him, Baldmoir hasnt been droped in ages and Judah was gonna get KO but him Mayweather in the nuts.

Once again I disagree. We don't know how Pac can handle a punch at 140 and up because he hasn't been hit with anything of note. PBF hits harder than you think and can hurt Pac if he connects especially with a punch he doesn't see which is a likely outcome. Also Pac's work rate will drop against PBF like everyone's else does. He'll be tentative to open up as much of fear of being countered cleanly and PBF's defense and movement will make it hard for him to see openings. I also disagree with saying Pac will beat PBF in the middle of the ring. You don't give a ring general like PBF room to operate in the middle of the ring he has way too many options there.:deal PBF is the best in the middle of the ring and will school Pac there if allowed to operate there with his superior boxing ability. He can control the distance there with his reach and can keep Pac at bay with straight right hands and his jab to the body. PBF wins this fight if it gets made.:good

Being a more complete boxer proves nothing. Floyd is a more complete boxer than Roberto Duran, but Duran would smash him to pieces. Floyd is a very complete boxer, he is very versatile and very skilled, but that doesn't mean he is the most effective fighter in the ring. History is littered with examples of the better 'boxer' (meaning better boxing skills in the reductive, conventional sense that 99% of people on this website adhere to) losing to the supposedly inferior boxer.

A years past-prime DLH was the second most difficult task Floyd ever took on. The first was Castillo, second Oscar, third Corrales. Corrales is romanticized now, mostly due to the first Castillo fight, but he was never a great fighter IMO. Castillo was always the better fighter. And even a past-prime Oscar was better.

How am I gonna say it?? Erm, I didn't say it! I said Floyd doesn't have the power to stop Pac. And he doesn't. JM Marquez has knocked out 2 previously unstopped lightweight champions in his last 2 fights, and he couldn't even drop Pac once in 24 toe-to-toe rounds. It took Floyd 10 rounds to drop Ricky Hatton (Pac did it in 2), Floyd couldn't stop Judah (Cotto brutalized him). Floyd does have power, he is not a Mora or a Malignaggi, not by a long shot, but it would take a serious puncher to KO Pacquiao, and Floyd is a good puncher, he is not a serious puncher.

Judah is so much bigger than him? I think not. Floyd couldn't drop a version of Oscar who was buzzed by Steve Forbes in his next fight, then stopped by Pacquiao. Above 140, Floyd has good power, but not great, and this fight will happen over 140. I don't see a realistic chance of either man stopping the other, IMO Pac v Floyd is destined for the scorecards.

My thoughts on Floyd's power are in my previous post.

The key to this fight is Pac's speed, footwork and movement. We saw what trouble Mayweather had with Judah's speed before Floyd imposed himself, but Pac is better than Judah and brings more to the table in every conceivable way. As long as he keeps in perpetual motion, in and out, punching like lightning and moving, lateral movement, and starting again, as long as he has the energy levels to never stop moving and striking for the full 12, he will earn a decision. Floyd will never have faced anything like this before. :good
