I think Pacquiao would outwork Mayweather with angles and movement when he would need it for the win v_v...

Unanswered volume could be an issue.

Let's just see if, after OSDT, Manny is able to get in there and throw like he has thrown lately. We will know next year hopefully.

nice enough theory. Problem is, its very difficult for an offensive reliant boxer like manny to beat a defensive genius like Floyd

Manny WILL hit floyd. probably more than any other boxer before. but i just dont think he has the one shot power to hurt floyd. he wont connect enough times to win i feel. Floyd will eventually pick him off from round 6 onwards i think.

Try using words, then add the emoticon at the end. It gives your post content. If everyone posted little yellow faces we'd be in a world of **** posting (as if we ain't already) would we not?

Mayweather likes to get the fight to be at his pace. Pacquiao's preferred pace is obviously much higher, that said, I really doubt Mayweather could frustrate Manny enough for him to slow to Floyd's area of comfort.

I tend to think the outcome depends on whether Mayweather can deal with that.

With his more stationairy style that he has used in his fights since the comeback, I think unless Floyd pulls out a career best performance Pacquiao takes it. He'd be crazy to fight like he did against Mosley. He would have to use every inch of the ring to be competitive IMO.

But what do I know

I think that if Manny plays the act of throwing constant punches, he'll get countered far too much.

He has a great chin, but that won't stop Mayweather from putting him down once or twice.

Keep in mind, mayweather is not a POWER PUNCHER, but he had enough to keep Shane modest, and is not a feather fisted wonder. This coupled with the fact that he might catch Manny on a counter off balance, may lead to a down or two.

Just saying, you don't need to be a big puncher to put people on their ass. Timing, balance, coordination, and your opponent are just as important.

Well, the only way your gonna see this fight is in your dreams because thats the only way this fight will be happening.... unless it happens later on when 1 or both are slipping in which case Im not one bit interested.

If it happens soon then Mayweather will outbox him, I have no doubt about that but its not gonna happen because both are a pair of selfish ***** little pussies... Floyd would rather sit on the internet talking about dogs & rice.... & Pacquiao has another fast defensive genius to box on nov 13th.

    **** outta here.

If Pacman were to win, it would almost certainly be on volume, imo. I favor Mayweather though. In this imaginary match-up that will be discussed forever as an imaginary match-up.

People have compared their possible match to possibly being Leonard/Duran I. ...I think it will happen two years from now and be more like Leonard/Duran III. And I will laugh if it is. A sad laugh.
