    C Money, please read the original post and in particular the link to an article in Sunday's Observer. Hatton openly allowed the paper to mention his association with 2 known racists (well at least amongst the black community)...my point therefore was how can the majority of black people (which the likes of David UK et al have claimed) support Hatton 100 times over PBF. Statements like this are bollocks but some here don't seem to realize this.

    Ricky fans wil know this, the guy has DEFENDED at least once publically, Manning regarding his racist jokes. This is no lie, but Hatton huggers in the UK still proclaim that Hatton's black supporters has even increased with this knowledge:patsch:patsch:patsch

    I'm black british and I can tell you Hatton support within the black boxing ferternity (let alon the black community as a whole) is less than 0.

    1. It was Joey Barton's half-brother as has been pointed out. Joey Barton had nothing to do with that scumbag.

    2. The Barton/Dabo incident was nothing to do with race, he simply happened to be black. Joey Barton is still friends with a number of black Man City players. He is a ****, not a racist ****.

    So the assertion that Hatton is friends with a racist is unfounded, and idiotic to say the least.
