I know he is friends with Micah Richards and Nedum Onuoha, two black Man City players. As well as ex-player Shaun Wright-Phillips. If Barton was racist, believe me the press would have got hold of it.

Also, Barton plays for Newcastle now so they might not see too much of each other anyway. He probably doesn't see much of Gavin McCann either (who wasn't black the last time I looked).

All we really know is that Barton beat up Dabo. If you were to pick a Premiership players name out of a hat to give a beating, it wouldn't be any suprise if he was black. There are loads of black players. It doesn't automatically mean Barton is racist, he could have been pissed off about anything. There is no evidence it was racially motivated, and hence, innocent until proven guilty.

You didn't answer my question, where do you live? Why do you feel qualified to assess whether somebody is racist from 2000 miles away? There has not been any newspaper article on this racism, nor has any footballer or anybody inside the game come out with anything. What do you know that they don't?

Your points have gradually become more and more desperate and further from your initial claim that Hatton befriends a racist, it just shows how paper thin your argument was. Now you are rambling on about the FA, Mido and God knows what else.

I don't believe for a second Hatton is racist although I can't stand his ass. But I think all the OP wanted was recognition that (evidently) David UK has made statements that he didn't like. In all the arguments made back at K2ray this was never really answered.
