    Mayweather vs Martinez would be a nice legacy fight for Mayweather. It don't have the money and fame attached to it as Pac would but it would really solidify his legacy around the welter weight-middle weight range.

    Im actually interested in a Pac vs Margo fight as well if Pac and Mayweather don't fight.

    Damn. If i remember correctly this dude actually has given us legit PBF information before.

    Well thats awesome news. I actually wanted to see this one more than the Pac fight as im pretty sure the Pac fight would be way too onesided.
    Also i have been saying this for a while if anyone is going to beat PBF it is going to be Martinez.

    Yeah I think it would be a greater challenge than Pacman. Martinez is a lot better than some of you seem to give him credit for, I'll put it this way, I assure you Pacman won't fight Martinez, and if he did he'd get his ass beat. I don't really understand how some of you discount Martinez against either PBF or Manny, he's the naturally bigger dude, he's deciptively athletic, has decent power, and has fought some really good fighters and more than held his own. I'm telling you that Martinez is good enough (because he's naturally bigger and stronger) to beat either PBF or Manny, not saying he would as I wouldn't say it's probable, but to chalk it up as a sure W would be a gross overestimation.

    Mayweather will definitely fight pacq first but the Martinez fight will be much more competitive.

    I guess mayweather wants to show who the real p4p king is. This is a much tougher fight than pac. If it at 160 i think it could be a step to far.

    I wouldn't mind this fight if PBF-Pac doesn't happen. It's a harder fight for PBF IMO.

    A loss to Pacquiao would be much worse for Floyd's legacy than a loss to Martinez at 160.

    now, if I'm Floyd and I think I'm going to lose to both of them, who should I fight? :think

    I wouldnt mind this at all, this would be a real different type fight for Mayweather imo (big risk, not as high reward) and this fight in my eyes would be the most competetive matchup for mayweather since i dont know when... in fact i think Martinez might have a better chance then Pac. Would be a ballsy and uncharacteristic move from Mayweather. Id still like to see Pac vs May, but if May vs Martinez is the substitue ill be far from dissapointed.
