If you try hard enough you could call it a shutout. Dumbass.

Anyway, I've watched this fight 4 times, and all 4 I had it a 2 point win for Williams. Close, but clear as many of you said.

Margo didn't touch him in round 1-6
Margo was straight gassed in round 12.

Did any of of you really look at round 10?

8-4 no question. AT LEAST 8-4.

I don't know what the **** Rafael is looking at.

The 10 point must system bases the score on clean punching, effective aggressiveness, ring generalship and defense. First of all, there is no criteria called 'meaningfully landed blows'. Now, don't be ignorant and just base it on who hit harder. Williams for the most part of the fight was winning on ring generalship and defense, the other two are up for debate...but when every round Margarito is down 2 criteria the best he can typically do is lose the round or tie. Hence Williams wins more rounds.

And don't be fooled...Williams hit very hard when he landed clean(and he did it just as many times a round as Margarito) but you can't take away from a fighter's effective aggressiveness just because his opponent has a chin made of bedrock. :patsch

And look closely at round 11. Someone please give me the clock count where Margo had him "dazed" or "dizzy" or "hanging on for dear life" or anyhting close to it.

Just a bunch of revisionist embellishment nonsense.

    ENOUGH!

Definately clear, GC. It was clearly Williams 1-4 and 12, and clearly Margaito 5-11. Very straight forward.

NBA, you're a credible poster. Even when you post about Williams, at times.

    7-5 I kick yo ass!

It's the age old issue in scoring here. Activity versus actual scoring + scoring done on body shots. This is an extremely consistent pattern in alleged confusion on the part of the people who score on activity. They cannot see or do not understand scoring punches. I'm having the same debate everyday about different fights with different people - but it's always the same argument.

Did you look at Round 10?:bart

That was one of PWs best rounds.

Even if Margo did win 5 and 6 which is pretty ridiculous, that would still leave it at 6-6. But even that is a stretch. And you say you're ****in neutral?:rofl:rofl:rofl

Ya know what? Maybe Margo did win... ****, he should be really mad. Mad enough to stop everything and fight him again..:deal

Just finished the 10th again. You say this is one of the Williams' best rounds. That's very telling. Margarito won the round on scoring punches upstairs and down, as well as the harder cleaner punches. Farly tight round. Williams was more active though less accurate, Margarito was more effective.

when i first scored it I had it 7-5 for Williams

when i rewatched it again with the sound off I had it 9-3 Williams

the crowd noise definetely played a factor in this fight, and tbh I didnt think the fight was no where near exciting as it was hypped up to be.
