154lber. Golovkin. The two seem to go together. Oh right yeah he can make the weight to fight there too.

And I'm not so sure there are lots of fighters keen to get in the ring with him at 168.

Is he really good enough to warrant such fear from everybody at 160? Prob not but that doesnt take away from all his potential opponents bricking it every time his name is mentioned.

It really is embarrassing. Sergio, Quillin and Sturm should be ashamed of themselves.

Martinez handlers said they don't want GGG atm, too dangerous.

Quillin is making 1000 excuses as to why he can't fight GGG.

Sturm doesn't want GGG, is content fighting lesser opposition bc in Germany people don't give a **** who the other guy is anyway.

Murray already ducked GGG, HBO doesn't want Geale, Barker is retired.

Stevens and Macklin already got KTFO.

Please educate me on what legit middleweights there are out there that GGG is ducking atm? :huh

    Rubio? cmon

Only guys calling him out are the ones desperate to get on tv bc their style stink up the joint regularly and nobody wants to see them anymore anyway eg Mora, Dirrell.

I think GGG won't have another choice but to move up to face Ward at some point in the not so distant future if he wants a fight that really means sth and gets him over with the general public and the critics instead of continuing to bumhunt and bully jr. middleweights and B-level opposition.

Yeah, I think this is going to be his last year in the MW division come hell or high water; whether he can get these guys into the ring or not. Otherwise, he's going to lose his ratings momentum. The champs at 168 have bigger balls, so they'd be more apt to climb in the ring, and GGG is, on average, smaller than most at 168, so they would have a size advantage on him, but perhaps not a strength advantage.

    I still don't get it.

Golovtards want the civilized world to believe everyone @ 160 is afraid of Golovkin - yet the 154lb'ers keep lining up to fight.

And Golovtards STILL don't see the flaw in their "logic".

    LOL...

I'm not a Golvkintard as you'd put it. I don't think we'll no how good or not he is is until he faces the top level of opposition. Bute and Lacy have looked similarly stellar in their ascent whilst fighting lower level opposition and then were found wanting when they faced elite talents.

Problem is with GGG we're struggling to fun out whether he has what it takes as the other champions at middleweight are ridiculously living in fear of him. The level of ducking going on from Sturm, Quillin and Sergio is ridiculous.

    Ducking?

    Really?

And yet the 154lb'ers keep lining up to fight.

It sounds more like Golovkin is being protected more than he's being ducked...

As you can see, those 154ers are fearless. Ishida fought undefeated Kirkland, Pirog, PWill (all at MW!). Rosado fights everybody. Kirkland, same thing. The MW contenders have too much to lose, they'd rather fight for 1/4 the money and not get destroyed. There's much easier roads to a MW belt, like 3 of them.

You don't have to take it from that poster, this is common knowledge. How the fcuk have you not noticed yet? You've been served links and quotes many times. Slow on the uptake?

I did think it was a bit bizarre that he was questioning it. I mean Sturm had him as mandatory for an age and even tried to buy his way out of having to fight him.

And you have yet to explain the "logic" in believing that 160lb'ers are ducking Golovkin when 154lb'ers keep lining up to fight.

I'd love to hear your explanation...

It's common knowledge that Golovkin is fighting a nobody in his next fight somewhere in a third world country most people have never heard of. It's also common knowledge that he's looking at beating up on another 154lb'er who's been off for two years and has previously been KO'ed by a jr middleweight.

Wake me when Golovkin comes off of his "Bum of the Month" tour...

When a fighter is ducked by his fellow division-mates it's OK to fight smaller guys......that's if you're not American.

If GG were American and god forbid Black....all that shi.t about him being ducked would be replaced with thread after thread accusing him of cowardice.

HBO noticed a hunger in a certain demographic and they served ya'll up a real turkey.

GG is carefully matched for a reason:deal

Ah now we get to it. GGG's race is a huge issue for you. And don't come with that supremacist bull**** to me as I'm a big fan of a multitude of fighters across skin colour.

You've got one champion in Sturm who openly ducked GGG for years when he was his mando and paid money to avoid him. You've got Sergio who isn't hiding the fact he doesn't want this fight and as for Quillin...
