I just watched Razor Ruddock fights with Tyson,Morrison and Lewis,do you think he was overrated?

I'll tell you another underrated 80s Heavyweight fight that no one talks about is Carl Williams vs Jesse Ferguson. Williams was down twice and both men rocked eachother numerous times throughout the fight, until Williams turned it around and stopped Ferguson in the 10th that was a great fight.
