Fact is independent of our perception of it. Doesn't have to be logical to be true. For a long time it was logical that the earth was flat. (Not really because you have to invent Atlas, a giant turtle, etc.... )

Unless Kelly plans to move up, I think he vacates pretty quick out of fairness. I see him giving up the 160 first though. He may just use that as a way to move up 'gracefully' and still be champ.

 

If PBF wanted to fight for the heavy weight title, he could do so with out bulking up.
