Holt has proven that he is the tougher of the two. A third fight was supposed to happen but Torres backed out of it. If Torres was better, he would've been able to finish Holt off...but he wasn't. And, if Torres really wanted to redeem himself from that loss, he would've gotten back in the ring with Holt...which he didnt.

Holt was fighting Torres before the headbutt.
Holt was fighting a punching bag after the headbutt.

He could have conceivably regathered himself if it wasn't for a blatant straight flush right hand that landed. It was then Torres started to catch z's.

the ref never saw the headbutt, not easy to see at the angle the ref was at and he should not be blamed.

**** happens, torres lost and holt got lucky.

thats the way of all sports, boxing included and holt rightfully took
    advantage.

    the butt was accidental.

What is even more funny is these same lame mofos saying Holt was on his way out...what in the flying **** makes you think that. He was knocked down twice and got back up in the same motion. Was not hurt either time. He started to make Torres miss and catch him with counters anyway. Holt was nowhere near being stopped unless the 3 knockdown rule was in effect.

I'm not trying to play any card. I'm calling it how I see it. I am not a nuthugger of either guy. I'm fully aware that Torres whacked him when he was down and that he's not the cleanest fighter ever either. But you simply cannot knock somebody out with a headbutt- right hand combo and then claim it as a legitimate victory IMO. I'm sure team Torres would claim that it was Holt who wanted no part of the rubber match as well, it's just one of those things.

So who is troube_man, really? Is that you bazooka? I can smell your shitty posts from miles away. Take your mexican nuthugging back to your margarito is innocent threads. Anyone without an agenda can clearly see the clash of heads was the turning point in the fight. Oh, and it would be nice if your hombre SelfKill would actually do as his name implies.

Some of you guys are pathetic. The head butt obviously had a very significant impact on the fight. A freakishly hard ACCIDENTAL headbutt, but a headbutt nonetheless. It put Torres on ***** street and removed his defense, there isn't much more a single impact can achieve outside of pure KO.

No, it doesn't mean Holt is a tool of the devil, but it does mean the stoppage is a relatively useless point of comparison of the two fighters (even if Holt is the better fighter).
