I kinda consider Shane Mosley Overrated

JMM vs Sugar Shane at 135 could of been a real special fight had it ever been possible.

 

The same Forest that lost twice to Mayorga. The first by KO. That was a real classic!

 

I hope you see the error of your ways.

 

Imo Mosley's only losses in his prime were to Forrest and Wright, two fighters the the bigger names around those divisions stayed away from.
Mosley gave Wright a better fight than Trinidad did vs Wright, and DLH avoided Wright altogether.

I scored for Mosley over Cotto as well. Any fight after Cotto and we're talking about a Mosley who is significantly diminished.

 

Shane was a legend. Wasnt the same after x2 crushes defeats vs Forrest.

His resume isn't top tier ATG but I think he's more been forgotten and underrated as of late. He wasn't a star so people forget what a beast he was and that he has one of the best wins in recent decades.

Without his EPO he would have lost to DLH twice. Think about it. DLH was the bigger puncher even while Mosley was on steroids. That's serious power from DLH. And Mosley took advantage of a tiring DLH in the later rounds while his fake stamina kicked in.

He only won because of his chemicals.

 

Some of you guys need to remember styles make fights. Mosley is an all time great. Top 10 lightweight of all time. World class welterweight and junior middleweight. He won some and lost some vs the best of his generation and from '97 - '02, he was top 5 pound for pound. That's a heck of a run. He then lost a close fight vs an undefeated and prime Miguel Cotto in 2007 and proceeded to destroy Anonio Margarito like no one had ever done in 2009.

Stand up Shane. All time great.

Well he was the one to dethrone the invincible Margacheato. Given how old Mosley was (as Floyd proved) it was quite a feat for Shane to outclass Margacheato like that.

Pax is the only fighter who's ever constantly accused of PED without being caught, admitting to it or facing tremendous cicumstantial evidence. No failed tests, no IV, no reports with sources. Nothing... on Pac. There's nothing. Clean as a whistle.
