Well there the great, the fantastic, the phenomenal Derrick Kelly, Julian Jackson, Simon Brown, Keith Mullings LOL.
Well, it's too bad Leonard landed a six punch combo, all at point blank range on Terry's head round 11 and failed to cause Terry to blink In fact, one would have thought Terry had emerged from a mild summer rain! Leonard also had a chance earlier in round two, when he realized he was going to be in for a long night against the young upstart, and tried to repeat what Jackson had done to him It was then that Terry revved up his attack and trippled his power, instantly driving leonard back and shortly after, to the deck. No one man has the right to possess such raw ability and had Leonard not been the great fighter he was, he too would have failed to lasted the distance
Yes. It was a notable win to be sure, and in front of a prime time audience. I loved it But then again, I predicted it Ialso predicted a young lass named Terry Norris would have an easy go of it vs Leonard, even though I couldnt find one of your " experts to pick Terry"
I don't think Leonard in 1991 was the Leonard you seem to think he was. That was an old inactive Ray who relied on speed in his career.
that may be true after he slowed down to a walk, where the competition could catch up, similar to Roy Jones But we're talking PRIME Terry Norris, he simply couldnt be touched!
That is odd you are mentioning prime Terry when you acted like he beat a prime Leonard. He was not knocked out by Julian Jackson and Brown when he was older.
Well, he simply wasnt the same Norris of the blurring hand speed of 1989 - 1993 and if we are to bring up the Simon Brown, are you aware of the rematch and its outcome? When Terry didnt want to be touched, he wasnt!
yeah but he still lost. And he lost to Julian. His chin is not great. Norris was not in Leonard's class and never can be.
