Well if it's not about technique why is SRR rated much higher than Marciano? BECAUSE SRR'S skills were on another level to Marciano's and it's the same when you compare Anderson to Fedor IMO, yes Fedor may just clear out the HW division but Silva has already cleared out his weight class and could easily clear out the 205 weight class before long too.
