What are u people whinning about? :D

He fought and beat Jaimee Mcline in an eliminator so he climb up to #2 in the WBA roster. Valuev is rank #1 . . . since the title is vacant then they'll fight for the title.
I see no problem in that. :deal

    Exactly.

He aruguably beat Valeuv and gave Chagaev a close fight also.

Love him or hate him, he has faced a whole heap of high profile contenders in his title reigns and no one has beaten him convincingly without cheating since Roy .
And theres a good chance Roids win wasnt exactly untainted.

    Because he wins fights.

He may be boring, but regardless of what anybody says, he is a good fighter (in today's heavy scene anyway) and gets results.

Those results are therefore rewarded with a title shot.

There have been far worse fighters challenging for titles recently, such as Arturo Morua (WBO & WBC 140) and was schooled, outclassed and KO'd the first time, so why a second?

You have no proof. He tested positive for nothing.

And wasen't part of the BALCO scandal like Shane "Roids" Mosley or Evander

    But he tested positive before.

There is no proof he took them for the Ruiz fight but his legacy will forever be tarnished because he took steroids in his career.

Mosley actually has not returned a positive result that I know of. Doesnt mean we shouldnt be suspicious of him and you certainly are but you're not of a man who actually returned a positive result. Funny

In most other era's , Ruiz getting a title shot would be ridiculous. But look at whats around now.Toney an obese former middleweight, Valuev, a circus freak, Klitchko, a stiff glass head champion, and an entire cast of pudgy , undermotivated , safety first Russians. Ruiz , a tedious slogger , simply fits in.
