Right now, Im not in the mood to do some roadwork. Havent done any for 2 weeks and my fight is 4 weeks away. I just cant do any roadwork. Everytime I get home from school, I am so tired. When I try to do it in the morning, I cant wake up. Damn. Any advice?
Im off to my run now. Its 12:44 am here in the Philippines right now. Watching Tyson vids has me amped up.
Yeah i know what you mean. Ususally when i get home from school i eat/chech out the computer for an hour and then go and sleep 1 hour. After wakeing up i am a bit refreshed and can go do my training
Id suggest do like what was already mentioned get home from school and take a nap for a hour. When I was in school and in training I was actually able to get up a half hour early but when school was over I was dead tired id take a nap and head to the Boxing gym in the afternoon and I felt much better.
It's like Ronnie Coleman always says: "Ain't nothing to it but to do it" After your run you will be fresh and have more energy ( if you do it correctly)
