Its obvious - he knows and i believe admits openly that Valuev is the easier target. The easiest belt to capture. Now, he goes n beats Valuev and the comes right back to the Klitschkos with his regular big mouth. This time though he can demand a bigger slice of the pie as he expects to go into a Klitschko fight with a belt of his own...so a big unification bout. The fight would be big now...he probably sees it being even bigger if he gets past Valuev and comes back with a belt of his own. Then he'll demand more money. Still whats written on Fightnews by Wladimirs manager has some truth to it - that in his last fight he didnt exactly show himself to be as big a drawer as he talks as he only packed 6000 into a 20,000 seater.
No it doesnt take an einstein to work this one out...anyone could see it really...except about 75% of the ******s that frequent here.
No, I disagree. If Haye thinks he can just grab that WBA belt (which isn't a 100% given!) and then fight one of the Klitschkos in a big unification fight, where he gets a big pay-check, then he must be very naive. Haye is now co-promoted by Don King, if he becomes the WBA-champ, he'll have to defend his belt against Don Kings people. John Ruiz, Kali Meehan, Valuev in a rematch, and the likes. No unification bout with a Klitschko. If he doesn't defend his WBA belt against these people, the WBA will just strip him. Because the WBA does what Don King says. And Don King doesn't work with K2 promotions. Boxing is indeed a circus these days. Now I don't think that Haye is naive or stupid. Despite all his talking and drama acting, he doesn't want to fight either Klitschko, at least not if he's not getting a ton of cash for it. He'll just be comfortable becoming the WBA belt-holder and defending it against aforementioned opponents. Saviour of the HW division? Don't make me laugh. But he'll still run his mouth...
The plan is to get tied up with Don King and have an excuse to run away from the Klitschkos, while still proclaiming to be a champion.
