I do know who Chad Dawson is..He's a very skilled, very quick LHW
While I agree about the KD with Harding..Dawson was not hurt and only caught off balance..can happen to the "best"

I never thought of that before but i can see what you're saying, they do both lead with their dominant hands, Dawson is more fluid with his movement than De La Hoya ever was though

 

How do you reason Diaconu getting in range to hurt Dawson? How come Diaconu couldn't take out about 10 of the guys he fought if he is such a devastating puncher? More importantly how do those guys compare to Dawson? Are their hands and feet as quick? Are they 6'3 elusive world champion southpaws?

This fight if Diaconu finds his nuts and it happens, is a complete mismatch to be honest, the hype for this 5'9 midget light heavy is ridiculous, it was Rico Hoye he knocked out ffs. Hope the fight comes off so we can dead this ridiculous hype.

Chad Dawson has never been hurt in a fight, including the fight where he was knocked down by a hard-hitting now cruiserweight in Adamek.

When Tarver and Johnson first fought I said to myself how the hell could Jones lose to either win bag ..Well a fighter like Dawson who has as much speed as a young Jones should make short work of the raod warrior ..

 

1, you are comparing Dawson to Chavez and Tyszu to Diacanu and that is so far off of that its actually laughable. My comparison was alot better because Chris Byrd is a also a slicksouthpaw like Dawson and Tua is a power house like Diaconu. Dawson has beaten the way better line of people than Diaconu and is the better polished fighter. Im not being biased, just think skill. Dawson can win by decision and KO because he is a brilliant pure boxer with underrated power. Diaconu is like Tua, he only has a punchers chance in the fight and he can only win if he catches you with something crazy.

Also, Chavez was well past his best when he fought Tyszu and had to buisness in the ring at that point of his career.

I think he has a pretty decent chin for the simple fact that after Ademek knocked him down, he landed a few more right hands at the end of the round and Dawson didn't flinch. The punches that you dont see will hurt you the most and Dawson was not ready for that shot. Also, he was not wobbly at all when he got up and just shook it off and continued to dominate. Ademek is a big puncher and he currently has knockouts at cruiserweight so there is no shame in that.

 

I'd like to see Dawson fight the winner of Woods Tarver personally ..
