williams needs to be more active&needs some big names on his record b4 he can claim to be no.1 at 147

 

What is wrong with Paul Williams trying to position himself to setup a superfight against Cotto. He is telling the truth, he beat Margarito already. He avenged his lone loss in devastating fashion, ala Lennox Lewis.

There are two top dogs in the division Williams and who ever wins Margarito/Cotto.

i mean if you didnt know the fighter was cotto and the argument was introduced like this

fighter a fighter b and fighter c

fighter a fights and beats fighter b
fighter a wins against fighter b
fighter c's biggest fight up to date is against fighter b
if fighter c fights and beats fighter b

whos to say fighter c is better than fighter a?

but you gotta give cotto the edge just because hes so good
but as a fighter you have to believe your the best..

What the **** are you crying about? He's not even talking ****. What he said makes perfect sense. How the hell can Cotto claim to be the best in the division on the strength of beating Margo when Williams already beat Margo? Remember, that fight was only a year ago and Margo really hasn't had a significant win since. Yeah, Williams lost ot Quintana, but he knocked his ass out in 1 round in the rematch.
