hes delusional he has been boxing domestically for years now his last 3 fights him stepping up in competition has been a good thing but the guy is delusional thinking he can get 50/50 against joshua .

Joshua and Ruiz had an arena built just for their fight meanwhile wilders fight aginst ortiz in the rematch sold 7,403 tickets not even half of the arena ...

he is 34 years old and not only is he PRICING HIMSELF OUT AT THIS RATE HE IS ALSO AGING HIMSELF OUT AS WELL

Just give Wilder a 40/60 split like he gave to Fury.

I think 40/60 is fair. If Wilder beats Fury, then he brings the lineal title and the ring title to the table. Wilder will also be seen as the Number 1 Heavyweight in boxing. You got to offer him something nice, this is the biggest fight in boxing and probably the most anticipated in the past 10 years for the HW division, you won't make a fight offering Wilder **** all when Joshua takes home a astronomical chunk.

That was the offer made by matchroom which Wilder turned down and demanded 50/50 before the big over $100 DAZN deal which Wilder also turned down.

Wilder ego too big for him to accept less than 50/50

I agree with you 100%. With the Ring and Lineal titles, he has to be considered #1. I don’t care for Callum Smith, but he is the Ring champion and I will consider him to be the #1 super middleweight until he loses or vacates.

Isn't the Ring magazine rating of Fury and Wilder as number 1 and 2 a flawed theory though.

AJ was number 1 for ring magaine with the best resume then Ruiz beat him (shouldnt ruiz be number 1 then?). After that they made Fury number 1 due to only beating fighters outside the top 40 and drawing with Wilder.

I mean AJ currently has beaten 4 of the current top 10 Ring magazine HWs (Povetkin, Parker, Whyte and Ruiz) whilst Fury and Wilder combined have only beaten 1 of the current top 10 (Ortiz, who has the weakest resume out the guys in the top 10).

Wilder is ducking AJ? That's hilarious

Don't worry about Wilder. He will rule the heavyweight division for the next several years.

I'm gonna go out here on a limb and call out something distasteful deontay said. He said he wanted to exercise his right to "catch a body". I found this distasteful because he already stopped the pin arturz spilkas breathing for 6 seconds, but doesn't everybody including Wilder want their opponent to go home safe?

Another thing he mentioned this to Ray boom boom Mancini, the epitome of WHY 15 rounders became 12 rounders: he mortally pounded Kim the Korean fighter in 15 rounders .

I'm sure Mancini would love to bring back Kim, but he can't, so what is this? Trashtalk or trying to promote the fightt.

Also it was interesting that the Korean lightweight fighter scribbled "kill or be killed" on his paper before the fight. Not trying to turn a negative into a morbid talk, would rather just see something positive instead of negative.
