My mate has a good stature pretty built good stamina etc etc But he cant even do one pressup or pullup. I dont know why.....I thought id ask you guys whats the best way for him to solve this
Tell him to do pressups on his knees and slowly increase the distance between his hands and knees until he has to swap to his toes. Do negative pullups. Tell him to stand on a chair and get to the top position of a pullup then slowly lower himself until his arms are locked out and repeat.
try to get him to do bench for push ups machine pull down, machine rows, and bicep curls to build up lats and biceps for pull ups
