Because they didn't get up, point and sh*t talk before chicken dancing face first back into the mat. He was also least hurt out of all the pictures shown, his brain just wasn't controlling his legs very well, which is where the humour in the situation can be found. I can see the irony in the Hatton situation, and perhaps the justice in the Mijares and Jones situations, but none are as laugh out loud funny as Judah's reaction to that straight right hand from Tszyu.
Who are you to try and dictate to people what they should and shouldn't find funny because of your perceived injustice to poor Zab? No pal, a person's sense of humour is not an absolute that you can attempt to place rules on just because you can't handle people laughing at one of your heroes. You're trying very hard to make out people actually reacted to the pix you posted, when in fact they just said the Zab one was funnier than yours.
Selfkill, laugh at whatever you like. I certainly have no right to tell people what is and is not funny to them. If you think it's funny, that's your perogitive.
Put it this way. We all expect to see Nicky Piper take a licking, but for a gangsta out of Brooklyn who talks **** before every fight doing a dance after taking a right hand, is comedy. I'm sorry. I'll say no more.
You're right, I have no right to tell people what's funny. However, I believe it was Tito4eva who told me that my pic of Cotto wasn't funny. In fact, a few people told me my pics weren't funny. Simply put, either all of it is in play, or none of it is in play. None of the fighters in the pics I posted were seriously injured. They all got up...eventually.
the knockouts aren't the funny bit, it was Zab's 15 second performance after the punch landed bigreg... get over it
What don't you understand about the human sense of humour? You cannot state that because people think Zab getting KOd is funny they should immediately think every other boxer getting KOd is funny. This most certainly is not a case of 'either all of it is in play or none of it is in play'. You can certainly post pictures you think are funny, but if no one else thinks they're funny, then you've failed. What are you, some sort of frustrated human rights activist?
I don't know about that. I know plenty of people who think Roy quivering on the ground was funny. Many people thought Hatton running into the turnbuckle and landing on that star was funny. I also know plenty of Cotto fans who laughed at Zab and chastised him when he took a voluntary knee against Judah. How ironic. Anyway, my point is simple; laugh at Zab all you want. However, don't take offense when someone finds it funny when one of your fighters gets laid out.
That wasn't my point. My point was, you can't laugh at Zab being laid out and then complain when someone laughs at another fighter getting laid out.
he wasn't laid out though, he was physically fine but his head was shook up and he seemed embarrassed about being put down and jumped up too quickly before he'd recomposed himself. I like zab judah and think he's such a waste of talent, but that is a clip that will work it's way through the generations for being funny, the others will not.
