I read that too... He's deluding himself. Still banging on about Cortez affecting the outcome of the fight too.

The fight was head2head the first 7 rounds. Dunno where this ownage stuff is coming from. Floyd was clearly frustrated, just that as always, his great stamina held up more than Hatton and he simply adapted very well.

Dont care what anyone says, Hatton is a very good fighter. A- with PBF being an A+.

He needs to uphold the image of himself that he has created in his own head, and thus make up stories and ignore the bottom line

He suffered a convincing loss and is trying to bounce back from it. He's back in the ring in a couple of weeks...

It was a good fight, but no way was it even through the first 6 or 7 rounds. I'm guessing he's trying to keep his confidence level high which isn't a bad thing.

No knowledgeable boxing fan gave Hatton more then 2 rounds in that fight. The only round he clearly one was round 5. He never landed any clean blows and I believe Floyd held him to single digit connected punches for the majority of the fight.

Floyd had him figured out pretty early. I posted on here in the round before the KO that he had Hatton in his pocket and it was only a matter of time. He systematically broke him down.

He's trying to build confidence. He suffered his first ever loss, was koed (tko). Hes just exorcising the demons...

His mother will have fits when she sees him washing his dirty laundry in public.

BOth Enzo's stated Haye was lucky, boxers do this sort of thing all the time.

well he did say thru 6 rounds and some people had it 4 rounds to 2 at that point so it wasnt a complete ownage yet. But he has to keep Cortez's name out of his mouth, he had an off night but still, don't blame the ref for the loss

nothing close about it. He was getting tagged with that check hook all night, not just after 7 rounds. No blame on anyone's shoulders but Ricky for sparring a stationary, cig-smoking man wearing a fat instead of getting ready for a mobile target with speed. No use in a rematch.
