I love how 90% of the people trashing Mora before the fight have now shut up.

I like your conviction, except for the fact that Mora has about as many Ko's as Paulie Malignaggi - 5. He may win the fight but lets get serious, he isn't knocking out anybody, especially top level fighters.

i give him props. good win on his ledger, considering i did'nt give him a chance. I wanted forrest to win and KO mora, who i cant stand, but that did'nt happen. I was'nt happy with what happened, but to mora's credit he fought well and made vernon gas even faster with his pace.

 

I thought Mora had a chance before the fight but Forrest's experience and skill would be too much for him. Good job Mora.

 

Honestly, I don't understand why this is seen as an upset. Forrest hasn't been a factor in years.
I like Mora and picked him to win this fight. I had zero doubts he'd pull it off. That being said, this had as much -if not more-to do with how bad Forrest was than how good Mora was.

 

It's not always the victory but how it's won....please note for most of the fight the ****ing crowd was BOOOING.....I'm fine with Moras victory, now it just means he has somewhat of a target on his back, so it's only a matter of time before we see the cumcatcher from east LA get demolished...I'm patient

 

I am a forrest fan I will freely admit I thought he'd smoke mora. I kinda think that forrest hit the proverbial"got old" saying in this fight. If he wants to go on he may win a few but I'm not looking forward to watching him go out for title fights and get smoked as badly as he did tonight.

I also thought Mora had no chance; but he shocked me by beating Forrest. I still go for Forrest if they rematch.

Yes, he was in The Contender. I can't speak for anyone else here, but he went on some ridiculous speech while he was on the show about how one of his teammates was using Sun Tzu's "Art of War" against him. The whole thing was a big conspiracy to him. It was so stupid that he's earned himself the only spot on my "I don't care how good you are I want to see you get KTFO" list.
