I love how people are overrating Lara

I like Lara, I do. I think he's a very good fighter, but I also think his cuban background gets him put on a premature pedalstool just because Cuban fighters happen to be masterclass boxers.

His skill level is overrated. He lost P-Dubb. Molina pushed him to the absolute limit. Drawed against Martirosyan. and was seconds away from getting stopped by Angulo.

I could honestly say that we don't know how good Lara is. If you want to say that he's at a certain skill level then he needs to start OUTCLASSING fighters.

For all the praise the Rigondeaux gets, he earns it. He goes in and outclasses fighters.

People keep giving Lara the benefit of the doubt, but in reality he needs to prove himself a little more.

I'd be in the minority, but I'd take Canelo in a fight against him. At least until Lara shows more

U can say he needs to build his name up more? That's understandable, but to say he needs to prove himself is just biased...

Mayweather would embarrass him. Lara who's bigger, would still elect to run away.

That's the type of "fighter" he is.

Let him fight Kirkland and see if he can EARN the right to fight Mayweather.

The problem is, Kirkland would beat the hell outta him.

But then again, that could potentially set up a Mayweather vs Kirkland fight which would be one HELL of a fight.

How does this make any sense????? Kirkland had to get a Dq to "beat" Molina and has a win over Angulo. Lara's resume is way better.
