I searched the archive.... so far, you wanted them to fight but after Floyd smashed Hatton, you were merely fine with the fight. I find that very funny.

Cotto hasn't fought a live body in his whole career. The one good live body he did fight was Torres and Torres nearly KOed him and the only reason that fight happened was because Torres took the fight on late notice.

 

Seeing as how Hatton wasn't completely outclassed speed wise and Cotto is faster...I don't see it being a "slaughter".

Honestly I don't think Cotto is ready for PBF and Arum knows it. Cotto is still young and he's got a lot to add to his game, give him time to face Floyd. If he gets by Margo and Gomez (which he will) then we can talk about a Floyd face off.

I just would've preferred Floyd to fight a live body...not a promoter looking to cash in again.
