It's by no means ridiculous of you to pick Pavlik by KO.
I think we'll see a Pavlik UD, Hopkins has seen something in Pavlik, Hopkins would never take a fight at this stage unless he's seen some bad flaws in his opponents, he'll not sign the contract if the odds aren't stacked in his favour.

I think father time has catched up to him, but he did make Joe look amatuerish at times, he will roughen up Pavlik and make him look bad aswell.. I expect a close but clear UD for Pavlik, a UD that will not be disputed.

A KO for Pavlik would be impressive to say, at least. :smoke

I would be very suprised if Pavlik Koed him. I mean **** Bernard has never even been hurt in a fight. Plus he gave Calzaghe one hell of a fight. It's hard to hit Bhop flush because he uses the shoulder roll so perfectly. Anything can happen in boxing.

Pavlik wouldn't KO either of Hopkins or Calzaghe.

Their ring savvy would be too much and I see similar UD's in their favour.

Pavlik is good, very good - but one dimensional and would lose here.

Why do all these people think Pavlik is 1 dimensional. His best punch his an a straight right... OKAY!!! He throws alot of punches has the best Jab in the middlewight division a jab that out landed JT who has a great jab. He is a tall fighter he doesnt need to fight on the inside so he doesnt throw alot of uppercuts... 1 dimensional fight???? Far from it and B-Hop is 1 dimensional fighter..... No jab just counter right hands with his head down. And alot of roughing up on the inside...

You guys are crazy as **** thinking Pavlik can knockout Hopkins. Firstly Pavlik's jab won't be worth a ****, which sets up his entire offence, because Hopkins circles too well

He's slow as **** in comparison to many Hopkins has fought, he'll see them coming easily. They are all straight predictable punches right at the ****ing guard.

No chance in hell he knocks out Hopkins, ever, even if hes 50.

Hopkins just fought in April so he's technically been active, bad news for Pavlik.

I dont care.. Pavlik makes u fight his fight. Pavlik will back hopkins up an he will try to counter of kellys jab. I dont think he is as strong or as fast as JT was so i think it will be easier for pavlik.. He will take alot of shots from pavlik. Hopkins only chance is to get pavlik early on the inside and be really rough i think kelly would anticpate it and keep him off with a stiff jab.

People call Pavlik 'plodding and predictable' but he is very fundamentally sound. There is a very good reason for sticking to fundamentals. They are proven to work if you execute them correctly. Joe was very undiciplined at times when he 'rushed' Hopkins. Kelly is relaxed in the ring and won't let Hopkins 'get to him'. He will stick with his plan.
