I love Morales but how is he gonna beat Danny Garcia?

I agree. Garcia is a bad dude. Hes gonna take that title from Morales

 

Garcia is very good, and very under-rated, due to a lack of mainstreme exposure.

If Morales wins this I'll be impressed, to the hardcore fan, the name fighter is the underdog here.

 

He's not. This is a wierd F'ing fight to make. My guess is somepoeple in the boxing community think Garcia is going to be a star and are therefore looking for a big name for him to have his coming out against. I imagine that was the deal Morales made when he got the title shot (i.e. get your shot, give your title up to the next big mexican thing).

 

Can't see Morales being used as a sacraficial lamb. Even fighting nobodies, they could milk him and make massive money off of his name and legend. This fight seems more like Morales excepting a legit challenge to me. He's not come back for money, he's come back to fight.

 

This might be one of those fights that I refuse to re-watch just because I hate seeing a modern day legend not knowing when to stop.

Morales is a beast yo... I doubt it was for the money all though that might be a part of it.. seeing him against Maidana he wasn't fighting like someone trying to make money, he was just being Mr MOrales the god... beasting on the Argentinian.

Whooped and beat Maidana, was gonna fight Mathysse but after Mathysse saw what he did to Maidana Mathysse pulled out in fear, now Morales taking on another big fight with risk...

I wish I knew more about Garcia. He is definitely got the age and size advantage.

i did go through his record and saw he was able to get a SD out of of Kendall Holt. How did that fight go? Was it actually that close? Because I would normally expect a guy that is such a favorite over Morales should have been able to beat Holt convincingly.

Maybe very passed prime but shot fighters do not arguably Beat Maidana who whooped on Ortiz, and had Khan go life and death against him.
