Its not that he cant fight him on the 26th, Its that hes not gonna let Bob play mind games with him. Bob is hoping that if he fights so close to his jail date, then that will be on his mind and possibly give Manny an edge. That **** aint gonna work. If Manny and Bob agree to fight on the 5th, Ill betcha all the rest that **** will be worked out. The bottom line is that the fight is there for Manny to **** or get off the pot.
