Secondly, I clearly stated that Floyd may think Manny may actually be on something, not he's out to clean the sport...Manny should have rejected the whole test from the start instead of giving misleading answers on this matter! All this could have been avoided if he Manny just rejected the test from the start.

Boxing is dirty as sin when it comes to PEDs - Toney, Holyfield, RJJ, SSM are all considered great fighters - when in any other sport they would be a footnote.

Floyd is right about having the testing - whatever his reasons are - but it needs to be made a standard for all fighters all the time for a change to happen.
