No one will ever touch Ricky on drawing power. The amount of fans that came out for Haye-Chisora compared to that is like a packed York Hall vs a full house at the MEN. No comparison. A shame shitty 'boxing fans' aren't supportive of him and gave him so much stick, like they give every other boxer from their OWN country.
I agree with what your saying he does deserve great credit for the publicity he brought to boxing and the great night he gave fans and he only lost to the two best p4p in the world, he was a tremendous warrior and that should never be forgotten i would rather not see him back a comeback though
I have to be honest I do kind of miss him as well, there aren't many characters around now. But I don't miss his ****ing idiot following and that ridiculous 'Hatton Wonderland' song. Bunch of wankers.
son, you need to sort out that effed up spelling. i didn't even go to school and i can spell better than you. i mean, i aint disagreeing with your post or nutin, i aint disagreein with ****, but you need to sort that ish out. i aint tryna read no chinese.
I actually do end up always supporting every british fighter. Dont know why. No matter how big a **** they are (haye , naz ,kahn etc) i always route for my fellow brit. Im a sentimental **** i am.
Overrated and ugly fighter, but it's not been the same on ESB since he quit and his deluded huggers disappeared.
I tried to see what his weight was like (last I saw he was a right fat git) and he was, seemingly, looking good. He had a big jacket on so I couldn't really see. He is defo not WW but certainly closer than MW, I reckon. Made my day to see him working, though. I've only just moved back to the area, so I've heard nowt and when people started saying they'd heard he could make a comeback, I scoffed at the idea. I'm still doubting we'd see him in a pro ring again, to be honest. Who'd be his trainer? Lee Beard? I'd love it if he came back with Billy.
